We aim to have all items produced with 2 weeks of purchase. However, production can take up to 3 weeks after which your item will be packaged and shipped to you.

Once the system has confirmed that your item(s) is with the courier (Royal Mail, DHL, FedEX), Boresa Kotomah cannot be held accountable for any delays or issues that may occur from that point onwards as this is at the fault of the courier. Please contact the courier for updates or solutions.

Once the system has confirmed that your item is with the courier (Royal Mail, DHL, FedEX) Any queries or issues regarding, lost, stolen or "unreceived items" must be queried with the courier. Boresa Kotomah can not be held accountable. 

Once a signature has been provided for your item(s) upon delivery, it stands as confirmation that the customer has safely received their package. Boresa Kotomah cannot be held accountable for any “unreceived” packages in such circumstances. No refunds or replacements will be issued.



Please Note: All Pre-Orders can take from 2 - 6 weeks to be processed and shipped. We will ensure to provide an update once it exceeds two weeks.



Note that all product prices indicated, and payments made on the UK Online Store are in GBP currency. Duties charged for processing by your country are not included in prices. Duties and taxes will be payable upon arrival in your country. We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. We are not responsible for any Taxes or Duty incurred by your country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Return postage costs are not refundable. Boresa Kotomah does not refund prepaid tax and duties paid at the time of checkout should you wish to return the item for a refund or exchange. Please contact your local custom office to obtain your tax refund.



Stock quantities are not updated in real time, items may be sold out at the time of purchase. If a sold-out item is purchased, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement or a full refund.



Once an order is placed unfortunately it cannot be amended so please ensure you are careful when purchasing items to prevent any such mistakes from occurring.



As a sustainable slow fashion brand, we do not manufacture items in excess! All items (a majority) are either hand crafted or manufactured by order. We understand how important your order is to you, so we aim to make the necessary arrangements for your order when it is received. Therefore we can not accept cancellations.  



Please note that all orders from Boresa Kotomah, Ready to Wear & Custom Designs are FINAL. Returns, refunds and, or exchanges will not be permitted.



If your item is faulty please ensure you email with a description of the fault and relevant images within 48 hours of receiving your item. Once your email is received you will be advised of an outcome within 7 working days. Boresa Kotomah will not accept any disputes beyond the 48-hour time frame. 

Please note that all costs associated with a return is the sole responsibility of the customer. Boresa Kotomah does not provide, or is liable to provide any pre paid return labels for the customer.
